The Submarine Industrial Base Council represents the more than 4,000 businesses
    across 47 states that make up the nation’s submarine industrial base. Our members
    seek to educate policymakers and the public about the nation’s ability to design, build
    and maintain submarines – a unique and vital part of America’s national security structure.
